2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons baking powder
3-5 ripened bananas
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup orange juice or water
Preheat oven to 375* (190*)
In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Add all of the wet ingredients (including bananas) into a blender, and blend until it makes a liquid.
Add dry ingredients into blender and blend until cake like batter is formed.
Mix in about a cup of chocolate chips (be generous, measure with your heart)
Pour into loaf pan (or cake pan) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until top is golden and toothpick comes out clean.
