8oz Milk Chocolate
3/4 cup Butter
1 1/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
Preheat oven to 350* F (180* C)
Melt half of the chocolate in the microwave or using the double boiler method, save the other half of chocolate
Mix the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer
Add the eggs and vanilla beat for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes a light colour
Whisk in the melted chocolate, and mix until combined
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and salt, fold in the dry ingredients
Fold in the chocolate chunks
Pour into tray and bake for 20-25 minutes
Cool completely, Slice and Enjoy!
