4 Apples (peeled, cored, and sliced into cubes)
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
5 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Water
In a pot on the stove, add apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and sugar
Cook on medium-low heat until tender
In a separate pot, add the oats, sugar, cinnamon and water
Cook on medium heat until toasty and cooked
In a bowl, layer the apples, then oats and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
