4 cups Basil Leaves, washed
1 cup Olive Oil
6 cloves Garlic
2/3 cup Pine Nuts (if you do not have, walnuts, cashews or almonds all work)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pasta water
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth, creamy mixture has formed
Cook pasta until al dente and add pesto sauce into drained pasta
Add pasta water if needed
Serve with garlic bread or salad
