3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
Pour the flour into a wide bowl, using a fork, mix in the salt and make a well
Pour your water into the well and use a fork to start whisking flour and water together to make a shaggy dough
Then add in your olive oil, knead, and then rest for 15 minutes.
Using a pasta maker, put the pasta through the cutter and form sheets of pasta, then cut into your preferred shape, fettucine or spaghetti
Let dry overnight then store in a cool dry place up to 3 weeks!
Serve with your favourite sauce and garlic bread and enjoy!!
