1 tablespoon Onion
1 Onion, chopped
1 1/2 Tomatoes, blended
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (add more if you like it spicy)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoons curry powder
1 1/2 cups Frozen Peas
Paneer, chopped into cubes
Heat oil in a pot and add in onions, cook until translucent
Add tomatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and curry powder and cook for 5 minutes
Add water and peas
Once the peas are half cooked, add in the paneer cubes
Simmer for 15 minutes on low heat
Add any salt to taste
Serve with rice or naan
